Wellspring Counseling Center is dedicated to providing competent Christian counseling. We are a Wisconsin state-certified mental health counseling practice. We accept most major medical insurance plans that have outpatient counseling and out-of-network benefits. Call us and we can inquire if you have coverage. We also have a sliding scale fee schedule for those who do not have insurance coverage.
